Communication, ‘this is here’ vs ‘this is how we use it’ Understanding- training and support, 'this is how to use it' Putting into practice/ Applying- training and support Contributing and development- identifying areas for improvement and enhancement Training and support looks different for different groups with different needs. However, baseline awareness and skills are needed for everyone.
