If anyone is struggling with food at home, HelpKitchen is a resource I just found out about today.
Simply text “Find a meal” to 253-215-8101 and they will pair you with participating restaurants in your area ready for pick up within a couple days.
I agree with you 100 percent. Just pointing out that HelpKitchen doesn’t appear to operate on any government funding as was initially implied by someone else. And noting that we have local folks that have been doing the same thing for months. It would be great if DCG pitched in.

HelpKitchen built on Twilio (and funded in large part by @jeffiel donations) is one of those tech fixes to social problems (paying restaurants to feed people who need it) that actually works, mainly becase it's about the problem not the technology launchingmyself.com/helpkitc…
