#FrequentCallers or #HighIntensityUsers often have unmet needs for care & support. Don’t overshadow their care with your previous experiences. We need to safeguard those with needs for care & support in line with the Care Act (2014) - sections 9 & 42 are particularly pertinent.
I take all my inspiration on this from @MonteithRhian - she’s achieved innovation, adoption, scale & most importantly OUTCOMES on 100’s of highly successful #NHS programmes for #HighIntensityUsers & #RotationalParamedics - there is SO much to learn about this personal approach 🙌🏼

#SIMLondon training today @MaudsleySim. Care coordinators and SIM Officers (from @OxleasNHS@SWLSTG and @MaudsleyNHS ) working with actors in a simulated appointment with a service user. A brilliant way to participate, reflect, learn and formulate. @HINSouthLondon @SIMintensive
Just had a great meeting with @MonteithRhian about her HIU work and it’s potential. Have some great things to present next week now. @nhsrightcare#HighIntensityUsers
