🚨 जनहित का गंभीर प्रश्न 🚨 @BhajanlalBjp @FoodDeptRajasthan @RajGovtOfficial राजस्थान में POS मशीनों को केवल राशन डीलर के *आधार फिंगरप्रिंट* से जोड़ने का निर्णय पारदर्शिता के लिए अच्छा कदम है, लेकिन क्या यह व्यवस्था एक इंसान की वास्तविक जीवन परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखती है❓ सवाल यह है— यदि डीलर के परिवार में कोई शोक हो जाए, वह अचानक बीमार पड़ जाए, अस्पताल में भर्ती हो, या किसी दुर्घटना से काम करने की स्थिति में न हो — तो क्या पूरी व्यवस्था ठप हो जानी चाहिए❓ क्या जनता को राशन देने का काम सिर्फ “एक व्यक्ति की उपलब्धता” पर निर्भर रह सकता है❓ ऐसे समय पर किसी **अधिकृत सहायक (Authorized Helper)** को *कानूनी, सीमित और नियंत्रित अवधि* के लिए वितरण की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए। यह सुरक्षा भी सुनिश्चित करेगा और आपदा में डीलर को राहत भी देगा। 👉 पारदर्शिता के साथ मानवीयता भी जरूरी है 👉 व्यवस्था का निरंतर चलना जरूरी है 👉 जनता को उनके हक से वंचित नहीं किया जा सकता प्रशासन को चाहिए कि POS सिस्टम में एक स्पष्ट “इमरजेंसी सपोर्ट मैकेनिज़्म” शामिल करे — जहाँ डीलर के असमर्थ होने पर, उनके द्वारा पूर्व-स्वीकृत सहायक व्यक्ति को *सीमित अवधि के लिए अनुमति* दी जा सके। यही वह सुधार है जो सिस्टम को मजबूत भी करेगा और जनता व डीलर – दोनों के अधिकारों की रक्षा भी करेगा। #जनहित #RationDistribution #PolicyReform #Rajasthan #FoodSecurity #PublicSystem #HumanApproach #RightToFood #POSMachine #GovtPolicy #SocialJustice #PublicConcern
