This day in social work history⏳ 19th - 22nd May 1966: First ever @IFSW regional (European) seminar for social work held in Strasburg, Germany, including representatives from 24 countries. Focus was on getting to know social work in other countries.

#خبر حول مشاركة الرابطة الدولية لمدارس #الخدمة_الاجتماعية (IASSW) في مؤتمر دولي رفيع المستوى بمدينة ألماتي في كازاخستان، تحت عنوان: "الخدمة الاجتماعية في الميدان: استراتيجيات عابرة للتخصصات ومستنيرة عالمياً لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في آسيا الوسطى" تلخص الاجتماع في الآتي: 🔸️تعزيز الشراكة الرقمية العالمية شهد المؤتمر لحظة تاريخية بتوقيع اتفاقية تكميلية (2026-2028) بين قسم العلوم الاجتماعية التطبيقية بجامعة هونغ كونغ المتعددة التقنيات (PolyU) والرابطة الدولية (IASSW). تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تطوير "المنصة الإلكترونية لتعليم وتدريب الخدمة الاجتماعية"، وهي منصة نجحت بالفعل في استقطاب أكثر من 4,000 أكاديمي وممارس حول العالم، مما يعزز فكرة "رقمنة المعرفة الاجتماعية". 🔸️ تمكين منطقة آسيا الوسطى ركز المؤتمر على وضع منطقة آسيا الوسطى في قلب أجندة التنمية المستدامة. من خلال استعراض نماذج مبتكرة تعتمد على: المعايير الدولية: مواءمة الممارسات المحلية مع المعايير العالمية للخدمة الاجتماعية. التنمية الشاملة: التركيز على بناء مجتمعات مرنة قادرة على مواجهة التحديات البيئية والمناخية. 🔸️الخدمة الاجتماعية كجسر للتنمية المستدامة تم التأكيد على أن الخدمة الاجتماعية ليست مجرد مهنة رعائية، بل هي أداة استراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs). ناقش المشاركون كيفية تمكين المنظمات غير الحكومية ومزودي الخدمات الاجتماعية عبر أطر قانونية وتنظيمية دولية متينة. 🔸️التحول من "الرمزية" إلى "التمكين الحقيقي" في لمحة مهنية، دعا قادة المنظمات الدولية (IFSW, IASSW, ICSW) إلى تحويل دور المجتمعات من متلقٍ سلبي للخدمات إلى شريك فاعل وقائد في صنع القرار. هذا التحول يتطلب دمج الثقافات المحلية (مثل مبادئ التضامن والمسؤولية الجماعية) في صلب أنظمة الحوكمة الاجتماعية. 🔺️ هذا المؤتمر يمثل خطوة جادة نحو توطين المعايير العالمية للخدمة الاجتماعية في سياقات إقليمية خاصة (كآسيا الوسطى)، مع التأكيد على أن مستقبل الرفاه الاجتماعي مرهون بقدرتنا على الابتكار الرقمي والتعاون العابر للحدود والتخصصات.
