Sounds paradoxical, but #IdentityCenteredLearning is looking super big picture by zooming in on details. The small choices we make everyday as educators have a massive impact on Ss’ long-term #IdentityDevelopment. Are we viewing/assessing our choices through an #IdentityLens?
Does anyone’s school offer PD funds for teachers/administrators to use for learning non-English local/community languages? Through an #identitylens, it’s abundantly clear that multilingual students deserve multilingual educators.
