MDNIY welcomes the 26th Batch of Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) Yoga training Course-CCYWI, today.
Dr.
@Omanand Guruji, Chairman,
@paramyoga, Trust, graced the inaugural function as the Chief Guest.
While addressing the students, Guruji hailed the bravehearts and asked them to practice Yoga on a daily basis. He called upon the students to take out 24 minutes from 24 hours for Yoga. He said that mind is very important part of the body and it can only be controlled through meditation. Under Guruji, the students took a pledge to practice Yoga daily.

@DMdniy emphasized the importance of incorporating daily Yoga practice as a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. In addition to this, the Director outlined five key mantras -- detoxification, diet, inner engineering, consistent Yoga practice, and effective mind management -- to have optimal well-being.
