This is the approach by Francis Naylor, our 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿. With over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry, Francis plays a vital role in ensuring our products’ highest quality and that our clients receive first-class support.
Starting his career in 1980 Francis worked in a various range of roles across the electrical industry, including product design, contracts, project management, quality and aftersales before joining the business.

As the company expanded, so did Francis' responsibilities, which evolved into his current role of overseeing quality and acting as the primary point of contact for customer support, particularly on-site concerns.
Asked about what has changed from when he first started in 2020, Francis says: “𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘷𝘦-𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘥.
