Bay City Roller was an emphatic winner of the Coronation Cup but did any of his rivals handle the testing conditions? @joshkerr & @AngusMcNae study the RaceiQ numbers.
Unbelievable. @Race_IQ take the work experience dude off the comms. Maybe even show them a horse anatomy diagram. You could even show them a picture of James J Braddock before the Derby.
Better late than never 🏆 Josh Kerr. World Indoor 3000m champion. We caught up with him after the win — and he had plenty to say. 🎙️🏴 #JoshKerr#WorldIndoors

European Athletics: Josh Kerr confident after 5,000m title, by EME News
BIRMINGHAM (GBR): Josh Kerr believes he is "strong enough" to defend his world 1500m title in Tokyo next month, informs BBC Sport. "It was a hard effort, and spending 12 and a half laps out there is a bit different and a bit more than I'm expecting, but that mile push [2:29 for the last kilometre) Hopefully, it shows I'm strong enough for five weeks' time," he said after winning the 5000m national title.

Grand Slam Track Miami-Josh Kerr takes the 1,500m
Miramar, Florida
May 2, 2025
Josh Kerr is the 2023 World Champ at 1,500m, 2024 World Champ Indoors at 3,000m, and Olympic silver medalist at 1,500 meters.
Josh Kerr had a rough first meet, and he had to go home, talk to his coach, his teammates and regroup.
And, regroup he did. Showing what a champion is made of, Josh Kerr unleashed a 53.4 last 400 meters to take the 1,500 with Yared Nuguse second and Cole Hocker third. A satisfyingly brutal 1,500 meters!
