I remember constantly tweeting about how the #Corbyn project would be dead in the water without #OpenSelection. But people didn't want to hear it. I knew that was the end of Socialist #Labour when #MandatoryReselection was rejected at #LabConf18
That's what I said from the very beginning. But Corbyn and the Unions didn't agree. Now look at the state of things.

Whatever happens in the coming months, Labour CLP members need a chance to decide whether they have the right person representing them in the next GE - weโve waited 4 yrs, 12 months since Trigger Ballot motion was passed at LabConf18 , the time is now

Nearly 12 months since #LabConf18 , and not a single piece of info from @UKLabour or NEC re : Trigger Ballot procedures / guidelines - @jeremycorbyn , @johnmcdonnellMP etc, you still interested, or you presuming weโll just shuffle out to the doorsteps as per usual , come GE ?

At #LabConf18 NEC backed away from proposing rules to make it easy to replace useless (or worse than useless; Watson, Phillips, Mann, etc.) MPs as GE candidates, seemingly because the right wing rebels said that they'd stop undermining the leadership. They lied, so this year...?

Fake news bein pushed by the BBC, Claiming that #LabourSplit is cos JC has reneged on a 'time frame' agreed at Labconf18 re #peoplesvote. There was none agreed. It wasn't even agreed PV would become a priority, just that it wouldnt be ruled out. JC tabled PV amendment, it failed

Lib Dems do not speak for me or any other Labour member.
LabConf18 was biggest democratic event in our history&those members instructed Lab Leadership on tactical policy for opposing damaging worst of Tory Brexit,whilst respecting democracy&achieving Lab govt to end austerity.

Labconf18 motion did not include remain as an option so he is not bound to endorse such a democracy-feltching idea. JC has to balance on a tightrope here. He needs to keep his party together long enough to inflict maximum damage on the tories. 6/
