🄚 More than just an egg. In Orthodox Easter traditions, the red egg holds powerful meaning—symbolizing sacrifice, resurrection, and the promise of new life. šŸ”“ The red dye represents the blood of Christ. 🄚 The unbroken shell symbolizes the sealed tomb. 🌱 Cracking the egg marks the resurrection and new beginnings. This Pascha, we honour a tradition that’s as symbolic as it is sacred—a reminder that from deep sacrifice can come renewal, hope, and life. šŸ”“ Ever wondered why the egg is red? Drop a 🄚 in the comments if this helped you see the symbol in a new way. #OrthodoxEaster #Pascha #RedEggTradition #EasterSymbols #LearnWithUnlearn #InclusiveEducation #FaithAndTradition #CriticalThinking #unlearn.

šŸ—£ļø Words matter. Too often, people with autism hear well-intended comments that miss the mark—or unintentionally cause harm. This World Autism Day, let’s pause and rethink how we talk about autism. Because changing our words can change someone’s experience. āŒ ā€œYou don’t look autistic.ā€ āœ… ā€œHow can I support you?ā€ āŒ ā€œWe’re all a little autistic.ā€ āœ… ā€œAutism is different for everyone.ā€ āŒ ā€œYou just need to try harder to fit in.ā€ āœ… ā€œYou don’t need to change to be accepted.ā€ šŸ’” It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being open, respectful, and willing to unlearn. šŸ¤” Which phrase made you stop and think? Abhi here... I saw a story this week about a teacher being told to take down a sign that said, ā€œEveryone is welcome here.ā€ I can’t stop thinking about it. Why would anyone want to remove belonging from a classroom? We know how important it is for students to feel seen and supported. When they feel like they belong, they show up differently. They feel safe. They learn better. This isn’t about politics. It’s about people. It’s about kids. What message does it send when inclusion is treated like a problem? What do students take away from that? Let me know what you think below. šŸ‘‡ #BelongingInSchools #InclusiveEducation #SafeClassrooms #StudentWellbeing #CriticalThinking #LearnWithUnlearn #unlearn.

šŸ–¤ What does Black identity mean to you? Black identity is not one-dimensional. It spans many shades, experiences, and stories. Yet, those who identify as Black often face challenges: Bi-racial individuals can struggle to fit into cultures that question their authenticity. Assumptions about skin tone or appearance erase the richness of identity. Why can’t someone simply be both races, rather than forced to choose? Pop culture often amplifies these struggles. Think of Drake, whose lighter skin tone has led to debates about his ā€œBlackness,ā€ compared to Kendrick Lamar, who is celebrated for embracing darker skin tones in his music and imagery. These comparisons highlight how skin tone impacts perception, even within the Black community. ✨ Black identity is as complex and beautiful as the people who embody it. Let’s celebrate that complexity and unlearn the assumptions we make. šŸ’¬ What stories or examples come to mind when you think about the diversity of Black identity? Share in the comments! #BlackHistoryMonth #RepresentationMatters #LearnWithUnlearn #InclusiveEducation #ManyShadesOfIdentity #BlackExcellence #CriticalThinking
