Absolutely right, Stephen. It has huge potential.
The current owner has an interesting concept for Egyptian Halls, 'Mackintosh Thomson Mews' but unfortunately they don't appear to have any means of financing it, so the ownership needs to transfer to someone able to redevelop it.
