दिल्ली-NCR में खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच चुके वायु प्रदूषण के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने सोमवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कड़ा रुख अपनाया और केंद्र सरकार को महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए। मुख्य न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ जिसमें जस्टिस विनोद चंद्रन और जस्टिस एनवी अंजारिया भी शामिल थे ने समस्या के समाधान के लिए दीर्घकालिक और व्यापक दृष्टिकोण अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। CJI गवई ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए केंद्र सरकार को स्पष्ट सलाह दी कि वह सभी हितधारकों (Stakeholders) को एक साथ बुलाकर इस गंभीर समस्या का समाधान निकाले। CJI ने कहा, "अल्पकालिक कार्रवाई से समस्या हल नहीं होगी। हमें व्यापक दीर्घकालिक समाधान चाहिए।" कोर्ट ने निर्माण कार्यों पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने जैसे अल्पकालिक उपायों पर चिंता व्यक्त की। CJI ने कहा, "हम निर्माण पूरी तरह बंद नहीं कर सकते... इससे यूपी-बिहार के मजदूरों पर सीधा असर पड़ता है। हम सिर्फ एक पक्ष को देखकर आदेश नहीं दे सकते। जमीन पर ऐसे निर्देशों से कई लोग प्रभावित होते हैं।" सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को सुझाव दिया कि वह पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और अन्य NCR राज्यों को शामिल करके एक संयुक्त रणनीति तैयार करे। #SupremeCourt #DelhiNCR #PollutionCrisis #LongTermSolution
