Using Julia for the web, I feel that's not an niche for newcomers which gets touched upon for Julia (while lots of other common areas are). And such a course could go a long way to helping spread Julia's usage by others.

Partial differential equations! They're very visual (and often have a time or time like dimension to animate along), abstract, and need bespoke solution.
