Yesterday I had the pleasure of being a panelist at Minnesota Technology Association’s annual MnTech Outlook event. My main point of focus was workforce development and how to e can rethink how to prepare and inform kids of post-secondary options available to them. One thing the business leaders agreed with me on is the need for young people to develop critical thinking skills so they can make reasoned decisions and analyze the results from the technology. Overall we had a great discussion regarding issues and solutions that will drive tech policy in Minnesota in 2026 and beyond.
