Quick update on this:
Ran a script yesterday and disabled **50 stale accounts** that hadn’t signed in for 90 days.
The Intune Dashboard made it very easy to identify and export the list.
Still have more to clean up, but this is a good start on reclaiming licenses and cleaning up Entra.

Just blocking new AI agents isn’t enough.
We also need to find the ones that are **already installed** across the fleet.
Right now we have 7 local AI agents running on our devices (including multiple versions of Claude Code). Some of these have been there for months.
The FREE Intune Dashboard’s AI Agents tab shows you exactly what’s already installed — not just what’s new.

Why didn’t somebody tell me before that local AI agents are already running on our managed devices? 😩
Right now in our tenant:
• 6 AI agents detected
• 3 unique agents (Hermes, Claude Code, OpenClaw)
• Running on 29% of onboarded devices
The FREE Intune Dashboard now includes a dedicated **AI Agents** tab that proactively scans and shows exactly which local AI agents are installed across the fleet.

When is the policy-based in-box app removal policy going to be fixed please? The current version of the policy in the settings picker is useless and throws an error. Only custom OMA-URI is working properly. techcommunity.microsoft.com/…
