Here's a simple TSQL Query. It was designed to find out how many voter registrations are sharing the same small number of mailing addresses; it fails at that, it's a work in progress. But it gave me some unexpectedly useful results that are illustrative of several important points about West Virginia's corrupted voter rolls. Here's a screenshot of the top 24 rows of a 212,381 row result set obtained by running the above code over the RegAddresses table, created by aggregating all of the address fields in the Voter Registration table for the month of Sept '24 for each registration record. The RegAddress column is the address of record required by federal law to register to vote. The MailingAddress column is where any mailings to that registered voter will actually end up being sent. Firstly, note that an address with two different location lines will actually end up being delivered to the second line, like so (Row 14, above): MR SO-AND-SO RAILROAD AVE S JUNIOR WV 26275 PO BOX 304 JUNIOR WV 26275 The USPS will deliver the above mail to the bottom line (if it's deliverable, of course). This is specified in USPS delivery rules. Yeah, I know, your eyes are glazing over; stick with me! Notice anything about the first line of the address above? Yeah; no effin' NUMBER, but it doesn't matter because mail (BALLOTS) were never intended to go there anyway; they were intended to go to the PO BOX in line 2! So, where is the piece of mail going to end up being sent? That's right, the second line! A POST OFFICE BOX! The owner of that box COULD BE ANYONE, any ENTITY. This is how the West Virginia Secretary of State (@wvsosoffice) hides behind the letter of the law to abuse the intent of the law, to whit, a physical address where one resides and receives mail is required to register to vote. We have THOUSANDS of these types of addresses in West Virginia's Voter Registration table. This is just ONE WAY in which these address fields are being abused.
