SwiftUI Map styling with MapStyle: There’s a few styles of map. Of course, you get the regular "standard" Apple Maps style by default. But my favourite is the hybrid view, that incorporates both satellite imagery with roads and points of interest. You can even add elevation, which gives a very realistic 3D view when zoomed into the map. This is going to make our keyframe animations POP.

Just finished Day 73 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI This one took me longer than I anticipated, but I managed to get through the challenges and added a delete method to remove added pins. I also found it a bit annoying how it's a two step process to create a new location and open the edit sheet. In my solution, the edit sheet now opens immediately.😎 The mapstyle picker took me a while to figure out, in the end, I settled with keeping the method inside the ContentView, as I just don't quite crasp how to add it to the ViewModel, perhaps I'll give it another go tonight. If I were to make this even more useful, I'd consider integrating some sort of snack bar to acknowledge the user that the pin has indeed been removed. #swiftUI #iOS #beginner #code #keeplearning
