Meta, we’re facing a serious issue.
Our Instagram account was blocked, yet Meta is still charging us for a paid boosted post from that account.
The boosted post shows Active in Facebook Ad Center, but no campaign name or record appears in Meta Ads Manager, while charges continue to reflect on our card.
This case has been under review for over 72 working hours with no clear resolution yet.
Is this a system bug or an account-level issue?
