Hormones are probably the most important thing to dial in before starting any health modality.
Women specifically were tricked into thinking HRT causes cancer. This has essentially been proven based on a study from years ago that was utter BS.
Cherry picked data, and scare tactics made doctors pretty much avoid HRT for decades. The ranges in these hormone panels are absolutely ridiculous, (300-1000 Total T is “normal”) what kind of sh** is that?
If you are suffering from low energy, low libido, anxiety, depression, and lack of overall vitality, GO get your hormones checked. Ive seen miracles in the people I know personally. TOTAL turn arounds in their lives.
The point is we all want to feel good, and we can age gracefully if we give our bodies the ingredients it needs to be optimal.

[Forms of angels and God's Tanzih]
There is nothing rationally impossible regarding angels being given forms; it's not a matter of tanzih of Allah (swt) (so long as you don't give spatial measure, modality, form, etc., to God). Is it then unbefitting for angels to have forms? I would like to know why. Because such an argument depends on imagining them exactly. Coming to the part concerning narrations, can some of them be considered authentic?
The one standing out is Prophet(sa) validating the couplet by Umayyah b. Abi Salt which contains the wording:
رَجُلٌ وَثَوْرٌ تَحْتَ رِجْلِ يَمِينِهِ ... وَالنَّسْرُ لِلْأُخْرَى وَلَيْثٌ مُرْصَدُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «صَدَقَ»
Even though Umayyah must have taken it from the works of Ahlul-Kitab or it might be from remnants of Din of Ibrahim (as), Prophet (sa) validated it. Imam al-Bayhaqi did not find forms of the angels problematic enough to reject it, although he seems to not put full epistemological weight on the narration (as indicated by إِنْ صَحَّ), see al-Asma wa al-Sifat:
فَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ يَتَفَرَّدُ بِهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ هَذَا، وَإِنَّمَا أُرِيدَ بِهِ مَا جَاءَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ الْكُرْسِيَّ يَحْمِلُهُ أَرْبَعَةُ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ، مَلَكٌ فِي صُورَةِ رَجُلٍ، وَمَلَكٌ فِي صُورَةِ أَسَدٍ، وَمَلَكٌ فِي ⦗٢٠٨⦘ صُورَةِ ثَوْرٍ، وَمَلَكٌ فِي صُورَةِ نَسْرٍ، فَكَأَنَّهُ - إِنْ صَحَّ - بَيَّنَ أَنَّ الْمَلَكَ الَّذِي فِي صُورَةِ رَجُلٍ وَالْمَلَكَ الَّذِي فِي صُورَةِ ثَوْرٍ يَحْمِلَانِ مِنَ الْكُرْسِيِّ مَوْضِعَ الرِّجْلِ الْيُمْنَى، وَالْمَلَكُ الَّذِي فِي صُورَةِ النَّسْرِ وَالَّذِي فِي صُورَةِ الْأَسَدِ وَهُوَ اللَّيْثُ يَحْمِلَانِ مِنَ الْكُرْسِيِّ مَوْضِعَ الرِّجْلِ الْأُخْرَى، أَنْ لَوَ كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ ذَا رِجْلَيْنِ
TLDR: Nothing in the above narration forces us to reject it. If one analyzes the chains of this narration and the reports from companions, the cumulative argument makes me conclude (on a personal level) that this part is authentic (the other part of God's weight, spending three hours reading, etc, is not).
Also note that this is not meant to absolve Darimi, who anyways believes in limits/weights/harakah for God, its meant as a correction.
Also, among the tasbihat of angels bearing the throne is:
سبحانك أين كنت وأين تكون
[Musnad of Abu Ya'la with an authentic chain]
This tasbih expresses ignorance of the reality of God's essence and the negation of physical direction. For these angels would know by necessity that God is physically elevated over them—if He were physically above them with spatial measure. Such physical aboveness would render أين كنت وأين تكون superfluous and incomprehensible, especially since for the Taymiyyans physical aboveness is a rational necessity; why, then, would the angels declare, "Wherever You were, wherever You are"? This shows that the "ayn" here is not of place. It carries instead the meaning of our inability to comprehend God's essence—the very principle at the foundation of the Ash'ari, Maturidi, and genuine Athari creed: that God is لا تدركه الأوهام.
After the Prophets of Allah, the Most noble of creations are the angels, especially the bearers of the throne. Allah SWT speaks very highly of them in the Quran. We believe the angels of Allah are created from light, they have noble images, and they sometimes come to us in an honourable image of a human. Angel Jibrīl AS would sometimes come to Rasulullah PBUH in the image of Dihyah al-Kalbi who was know to be one of the most handsome sahaba. It is unfortunate that certain weak narrations crept up in our hadith works depicting some of them, especially the bearers of the throne as goats, oxen, eagles, and lions ... with huge horns. Such images do not befit the nature of angels, especially some of highest raking; the bearers of the throne.
Where did these depictions come from?
These depictions are actually found in the bible. It's reported in the bible that Thul Kifl seen a dream of God descending in a chariot that was held up by angels with animal like appearances. If this report were to be true, we would simply interpret it to be a message from God to Thul Kifl that the might of God is with you. No Muslim would understand it to be a literal depiction. Dreams are all based of figurate interpretations.
Dārimi, in his book of Tajseem takes these narrations too seriously. He makes it a part of Aqeeda and adds variants which are very problematic in their wording. Such variants mention:
●8 goats 🐐 bare the throne of God. The throne sits on their backs.
●All the light in the heavens is from the light of god's face.
●Every day, god spends three hours looking through the reports concerning our actions. If he finds something that he dislikes he becomes angry and the throne becomes heavy as a result. The angels feel it getting heavier from beneath.
●The bearers of the throne have different images. Some have an image of an eagle, others an ox, others a lion.
The Jahmia were justified in rejecting such reports. They're not authentic and they certainly don't befit the majesty of the angels.

Each read is interpreted through a few designed POV's/lenses: personality facets (like humans have) through which help us focus initial takes. The POV given to a run is the most impactful on what the NOW injects. Same NOW, different POV, fully different read.
A mechanism POV focuses on geometry and how things work (anchors, hinges, lifts). From voice-context runs: "Spudnik is the joke's engine" (Friends Halloween, after the viewer praised Chandler), "the door has to land somewhere before the clock can fire" (Pulp Fiction Royale, asked why the door matters more than the clock). A material POV reads transactional pressure (bills, scraps, openers): "he eats first to steal the table" (Pulp Fiction, asked why he is eating the man's food), "Monica's eating the cost of this whole room" (Friends, on who carries the apartment).
New lenses are designable by naming a stance, a vocabulary, and an understanding of how to react. We interpret situations through different facets of who we are; the POVs mimic this.
Leaving us with a hyper-dynamic harness that interprets, routes, and holds state across turns. Model and modality-agnostic.

For each risk group, what is the incidence of retinopathy at 1 year and 5 years? Hmm you seem to be conflating delivery modality, biological mechanism, and therapeutic objective.
Gene therapy describes how the intervention is administered. Partial reprogramming describes what it is intended to do: transiently engage reprogramming circuitry to SHIFT gene expression to a more youthful state while preserving cell identity. This is very different from just “change gene expression.” And a treatment can obviously be both, just as CAR-T is both cell therapy and immunotherapy.
And “all drugs change gene expression” is far too broad to erase meaningful mechanistic categories. Heroin and viagra both alter gene expression downstream, but they are obviously very different drugs. What matters is the specific biological program being engaged and the phenotype it produces. Partial reprogramming refers to the controlled induction of a coordinated cell-state transition, not merely any perturbation that changes a few transcripts.
That said, I agree that results matter more than vocabulary. But precise vocabulary is how we define the result being claimed and test whether it happened. Calling every mechanistic distinction “branding” is itself a semantic argument 🙂

It’s all just fancy DAgger. All the problems are dagger when you look deep enough. Just need to be smart to break the disparity of domains. And what the modality means for the size of the domain.
This is why simple scope models (single input frame no context) work easily and complex ones (full ego context) don’t - explosion of input dimensions via temporal context explode the input domain size and make it difficult to cover manually
