It is more about very rich people i.e. billionaires etc, having lost their enthusiasm for tackling the climate crisis. The governments of rich countries are increasingly, just the puppets of oligarchs and big corporations i.e. they do what they are told, by the rich donors who control politics in these countries.

41.高校の時に部活の交流都市があってドイツに行ってホームステイした。楽しかったのかちゃんと色々と覚えてるけど、一番覚えてるのは.炭酸入ってない水が飲みたかったのにNOgasがわからなくてNOCO2って言って通じなかったこと。こっちは手でCとO作ってまで必死に伝えたけど、さぞ困惑しただろうと思う
