Again the "respectable Catholic" stoop, upheld as the model subject that the Catholic of occupied Ireland should imitate doesn't even follow basic Catholic theology. It is not accidental.

Pope Pius XI used the Italian phrase "il vero, il proprio, il sano razzismo", often translated as "healthy racism" or "true racism" to define what Catholics should actually practice.

All the more reason for Irish Republican to act on this.

these aren’t “organic” protests akin to the ones the right has protesting immigration these are “very under promoted btw” full mobilization of about a half dozen agencies with either government backing NGO’s or party weight thrown fully behind it gen public aren’t behind it

You March so that Britain and her NGO agents may retain control of your occupied territory, "Irish Republican".

Nice conflation of asylum seekers and immigrants. The foreign population of the Occupied North is higher than that and that is the problem. Unfree, non-Gaelic, dependant on Westminster, is this the Ireland we want?
2400 asylum seekers were being supported in NI in 2025, that is 0.12% of the population. We don’t have an immigration problem we have a racism problem.

This happened last year just across the city from me. A pregnant Irish catholic woman was intimidated from her home by british UDA planters. One of many such individual instances over the last few years. Despite calls to do so from activists themselves - there was NO resulting mobilisation of Irish republicans in defence of this woman. No rallies to support her. No whipround for a few quid. Nothing. What sort of message does this send when foreign nationals are offered greater support and protection than our own people? That attacks on Irish catholics and their homes are part of the status-quo, something to be accepted, the usual existence for an Irish person living in a part of Ireland still occupied by Britain. This is unacceptable to me and many of the Irish republicans I know.

This isn't a protest against racism. It's a british state demonstration in support of the colonisation of Ireland.

Replying to @neilojim1972
The thing is Jim, that your worldview is totally incoherent when examined. You’re someone who’s dedicated his life to writing about the 9 Years War. Why this event in particular, as opposed any other of the innumerable wars fought throughout world history? Clearly you attach a special significance to this event because of its importance in the history of your people as an Irishman, specifically as an Ulster Irishman with the name O’Neill. You make a living through other Irish people who are interested enough in their own history to buy your books or attend your lectures. Even when you make arguments attempting to shame so-called Irish racists you do appealing to their ethnic heritage, referring to the historic experience of Irish emigrants. Ethnicity and ancestral heritage therefore is central to you perceive the world. And yet, you support mass immigration policies that will diminish your own ethnic group’s standing as a percentage of the population in their own homeland. You support this even despite the knowledge that the historic settlement of foreign populations in Ireland was used to disenfranchise Irish people and marginalise our culture and identity.
