If your end goal is PhD, you should apply directly to the PhD. Most universities will allow you to earn an MS while working on your PhD. Plus, PhDs are typically funded; MS’s not so much. We can talk more about the #NetReconLab cs.uky.edu/~baker/prospectiv…
