当初 「shoestringでは nodeKey=transportは変化されるべきだ」 との見解があったけど bootstrapと同じ形になったと言う事やね 結局 keyLinkが無いと 委任は成立出来ず、 keyLinkは委任者の秘密鍵が無いと不可能である、 つまり transportが変わったら node側での委任者移行は不可能 こーゆー事やね

problem: migrating from symbol-bootstrap creates a new node key solution: allow the node to retain its node key during bootstrap import and cert renewal. bootstrapからは　今まで mainと remoteだけの導入だったのが nodeKey=transportも導入出来る様になる また 証明書更新時にも適用する
