TL;DR: I am so happy and excited to be part of IFT and I love all the people and what we do:)
The @InstituteFT all-hands has been a blast! I am so bullish on all the people and the tech and what we are building - permissionless privacy and censorship-resistance for everybody.
I've seen so much passion and excitement over the past few days, but also doubts if all we want can be done and if anyone actually cares - and that's ok, as long as we are moving forward towards the common goal and are public and loud about it, the tribe will grow:)
Kudos to organizers (internal and external - FYI onsitehub.eu/) - it was perfect!
Also kudos to @jarradhope_ for pushing us to think about why and how we do things - I really appreciate your insights and leadership.
It's hard to express how much it means to me that I was able to connect with many people from all the projects (@Waku_org, @Codex_storage, @Keycard_, @vacp2p, @Nomos_tech, @ethstatus, ...) on both work/technical level, but also on personal level - it is so much easier to collaborate when you "know" the other person (at least for me):)
I will also selfishly say that I think Waku has the best lead we could wish for, Thanks @fryorcraken.
I've been overusing the word "tribe" in the last few days as it's been put forward by Jarrad as something we really want and need - build a tribe, not just userbase - we need/want people who care about what we do to help us get "there" faster and better - and we need the tribe to help us figure out where/what "there" is.
Anyway, so many exciting things are going on - I am just full of it and I needed to let it out:)

As we talked about at last @Logos_devs Office Hours, I am bringing a box of random electronics components to Berlin (mainly because I have plenty of space in the van:D)..but we said it would be fun to also bring soldering iron and actually make something, but this one that would actually be perfect for travel has the tip completely f-ed uo - cause it was my first one and I had no idea what I was doing...
Do I have anyone in Berlin who could get me a new tip on Monday and bring it to luma.com/sau167c5 ?

I am driving my van to Berlin so that I can bring my travel setup (battery, solar panel, fridge, coffee gear..) so that we can have fun in the park:)

* and a GPS module
And a little vibe-coded script which auto-posts inaccurate/slightly obfuscated location to both Logos Blockchain channel and a private Meshtastic channel

Přinášíme aktuální informace k systému Tesla FSD Supervised:
🔵 Schválení vydané nizozemským úřadem RDW je dočasné, výjimkové a platí pouze na území Nizozemska. Nejde o schválení automaticky platné v celé Evropské unii.
🔵 Ostatní členské státy mohou toto řešení převzít vlastním rozhodnutím. Většina klíčových států EU však zatím vyčkává na výsledky evropského posouzení.
🔵 Pro Ministerstvo dopravy je klíčová koordinace postupu na úrovni EU. Odborné posuzování systému pokračuje a další jednání Technického výboru EU pro motorová vozidla je naplánováno na 30. června 2026.
🔵 Český systém schvalování je založen na posouzení autorizovanými zkušebnami na žádost výrobce. Ministerstvo dopravy není technickou zkušební autoritou tohoto typu a samostatný postup by vyžadoval zajištění odborného posouzení, vynaložení veřejných prostředků a převzetí plné odpovědnosti za výsledek.
🔵 Navzdory častým mediálním zkratkám není FSD Supervised autonomní řízení. Jde o asistenční systém úrovně SAE Level 2, u kterého musí řidič vozidlo neustále sledovat a nese plnou odpovědnost za jeho řízení.
🔵 Ministerstvo dopravy průběžně vyhodnocuje dostupnou dokumentaci, sleduje vývoj v ostatních členských státech a koordinuje svůj postup s evropskými partnery. Zároveň je třeba připomenout, že v České republice se tato technologie týká pouze omezeného počtu vozidel, aktuálně necelých 300.
🔵 Ministerstvo dopravy neblokuje zavádění nových technologií. Naopak, Česká republika je po Německu teprve druhým státem EU, který má od letošního roku legislativní rámec pro autonomní mobilitu v úrovni SAE 3, a připravujeme jeho rozšíření i pro vozidla úrovně SAE 4. Současně však musíme postupovat odpovědně tak, aby nebyla přebírána nevyhodnocená bezpečnostní a právní rizika a aby rozhodnutí odpovídala společnému evropskému rámci.

Well...another rabbit hole I did not want to enter - but @internetarchive's DWeb camp will have some mesh devices, so I wanted to come prepared and bought 2 Heltec v4 nodes, spun them up with @mesh_core in like 10 mins - one is connected to my phone, the other to my laptop and they can talk...impressive!

TIL You have to use air.akash.network/ instead of console.akash.network to be able to use the wallet directly..
Not bad, but I would expect the link to Air from the main Console rather than keeping mi blind and forcing me through registration and credit card path

Cypherpunk's problem is cosplayers.
They pick up the meta and the hype, circulating at events with shiny MacBooks and last-gen iPhones, talking about freedom, surveillance and cryptography - while listening to Spotify and sending Gmails. They speak out but they don't practice. I don't believe them - hope you don't either.
But some do the real job. @lunardragon420, @jarradhope_, @vpavlin - different paths, same thing: the practice shows up in what they build and how they live, not in the badge on the laptop.
I'm not perfect. I still keep an iPhone in the drawer. But I set the intent - and intent compounds. The music lives on minidiscs, not someone else's cloud. My passwords, my media, my agents, my nodes - finally on my own server, not someone else's. The farm is teaching me the slow version of the same lesson: moving from dependency to ownership, one repair at a time, nitrates and gravity siphons instead of abstractions.
It's not a one-moment transformation. It's a long practice - sometimes painful, sometimes just routine. But it gives back. It transforms the way you communicate, build and live, way beyond the screen.
This is the part you can't fake or cosplay. It's an inner alignment. It's there or it's not.

This is how we work with Jimmy & Waclaw now
Jimmy spawn up a new agent (Scaffion, using @AskVenice ) to keep an eye on Logos Scaffold via our "containerized agent" setup that he built.
Scaffion realized he is missing some tools to build stuff
Jimmy created a PR with Dockerfile updates
Waclaw reviewed
All agents use pi dev heartbeat extension Jimmy and Waclaw built as well... Both of them running Qwen3.6 models on local machines:)
