聚币暴雷，182名推广KOL名单流出。 今年5月份，聚币突然用上市审计、KYC升级、钱包迁移等理由，限制了提现和提币，大量的用户资金被困。 平台随后公布了储备证明，总储备超过5亿美元、储备率超过123%，想稳住人心。 但是所谓的USDT/USDC大概率是自有公链JuChain上的封装代币，不是真实的偿付能力。 Merkle Tree只能证明链上有这些数量，根本看不出是不是真能兑现、也没法查资金有没有被挪用。 现在多地受害者已经联合起来维权，北京上海等地已经正式按诈骗报案了。 2025年5月开始，聚币就陆续推出不少高收益理财项目，5M协议日收益3%，OneAgent AI机器人24小时套利，7天锁仓日化0.5%，360天最高1.5%，年化收益超过500%。 重点扶持的JU币曾在半个月左右上涨超过300%，还不断晒收益截图、交易记录、提现成功案例，越来越多人不断加仓，甚至开始借钱投资。 4到5月份最猛的时候，大量KOL带单，推广奖励5%、社区奖励最高85%，公域发帖转私域绿泡泡、飞飞拉群引流。 平台暴雷后，包含182名推广KOL的名单在网络流传，这些KOL大概率会被叫去协助调查做笔录。 26年推出的新规，已经更详细定义了KOL的推广动作，在哪个平台带单、有没有明显站台、返佣拿的比例、私域聊天记录，都可能是判断的证据。 这不是聚币第一次干这种事情，最早2013年成立的时候，叫比特币交易网，后来又叫过币蛋、宝币网、Jubi Global，十几年来每次改名重来都是同一个套路。整个过程就是靠高息和KOL把钱吸进来，靠假证明稳军心，等吸不动了就跑。 任何时候都要注意资金安全，保护好自己的钱包啊！
