A Dravidianism mindset will consider Hindi as North language but little did they know: According to the Census of India and linguistic surveys: Over 100 languages and dialects are spoken in northern India with over 30 major languages and numerous dialects spoken by various ethnic groups. Many are considered regional dialects rather than officially recognized languages. Still Indians from North have understood the basic need of having a common language and accepted Hindi as a medium of communication but still keeping their mother tongue alive in the household and family. "Suddha-Hindi" which is a direct descendant of an early form of Vedic Sanskrit, through Shauraseni Prakrit and Śauraseni Apabhraṃśa. Speaking a foreign language is not a issue for Dravidian separatist mindset but an Indian language is giving them hiccups. Well that's what their politician have taught them. They have even taught to hate Sanskrit. Our vedas, our mantras, our culture everything is from Sanskrit.
