💡【HTX Hackathon Workshop Highlights】
How to run a "One-Person Company" with Agents?
On May 28,
@OpenCsg Developer Community Lead
@Jamee_future delivered the first HTX Genesis Hackathon Workshop.
Here are the key takeaways 👇
📌 From Demo to Real-World Production
The competition over foundation models and computing power is largely over; the primary battlefield for solo entrepreneurs is now at the application layer.
Products that solve granular pain points, have clear user personas, and generate paid cash flow are the ones that will go the distance.
📌 The Core of Enterprise Deployment: AgenticOps
AgenticOps focuses on transforming Agents into operational factors of production, driven by four core pillars:
1️⃣ Observability: Costs and errors are fully transparent.
2️⃣ Governance: Auditing Agent permissions and data privacy.
3️⃣ Orchestration: Enabling multi-agent collaboration and task scheduling.
4️⃣ Iterability: Continuously reviewing and refining based on real-world feedback and bugs.
📌 The Edge for Web3 Builders
Crypto builders excel at narrative and community, are native to "Building in Public," and are globally minded by default.
However, they need to double down on product polishing and acquiring actual paying users.
📌 Three Sectors to Watch
- Payments: On-chain settlement natively aligns with high-frequency Agent transactions.
- Identity & Account Layer: Combining Account Abstraction (AA) and smart wallets to enable self-signing and autonomous authorization for Agents.
- Privacy: Utilizing ZK and other technologies to protect data in an era where products and content can be instantly cloned at scale.
📌 Conclusion
AI lacks a rendering layer, and Crypto lacks killer users—the two will inevitably converge at the Agent layer.
Don't just think about "building an Agent"; think about "what an Agent will actually need to use."
