My NYSC experience at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has been a strong foundation for building practical administrative and people-focused skills.
Currently serving at the Dean’s Office, School of Postgraduate Studies, I actively support the secretary and administrative team in ensuring smooth daily operations. My contributions include assisting with documentation, record management, correspondence, front-desk coordination, and stakeholder engagement with postgraduate students and academic staff.
Through this role, I am strengthening key competencies such as administrative support, professional communication, confidentiality management, time management, and teamwork—skills that are highly transferable to corporate, banking, and customer support environments.
Leveraging my background in customer relations, I focus on delivering efficient service, clear communication, and organized workflows, contributing to improved office efficiency and positive stakeholder experiences.
I am grateful for the opportunity to learn within a structured academic system while consistently adding value through diligence, adaptability, and a service-driven mindset. I remain open to learning, collaboration, and future opportunities that align with administration, customer support, and operations.
