💙Thank You, Megan Morris – Our Co-Responder Therapist
Yesterday, we extend our deepest gratitude to Megan Morris, who has served as the Co-Responder Therapist for both the Buffalo County Sheriff's Office and
@KearneyPolice over the past 2.5 years.
Megan played a critical role in launching and shaping our Co-Responder Program, which has transformed the way our agencies respond to mental health-related calls. Her clinical expertise, compassion, and calm presence have helped bridge the gap between law enforcement and mental health support—bringing lasting solutions to individuals and families in crisis.
As Megan and her family move on to new opportunities, we want to sincerely thank her for her partnership, guidance, and advocacy. Her work has made a lasting impact on both agencies, and on the community we serve.
We were honored to present Megan with certificates of appreciation from both BCSO and KPD as a token of our thanks. While we will miss her greatly, we wish her nothing but continued success and fulfillment in the next chapter.
Thank you, Megan, for everything. 💛
