One of the best examples of Alternaria that I have seen on cyto:
Dematiaceous (pigmented/melanized) fungus with septations that can have a "snowshoe" appearance and is usually a specimen contaminant (here seen in a urine)

Wow! I can only think of viable Schistosoma ova though I canโt bet on the terminal spine on histopathological sections. I canโt think of anything else offhand. Will defer to @ParasiteGal for a definitive diagnosis #Pathcritters
