It's time for something Neuve
neuve: [adj] new (brand new)
It's time to share a concept that I'm beginning to obsess about and am keen on pursuing. It's about the future experiences and web browsing.
TLDR: Read the Neuve Browser Manifesto here:

After spending the last year and a half building PerfLab, and the last 3 months building PerfAgent. I became more ingrained into browsers and how they work.
After an introductory chat with
@seb_thunman, I was struck by this concept. It felt like such a natural evolution of what I was building and how much into browsers I'm getting.
After seeing
@liadyosef and
@kentcdodds threads on how future interactions can be shaped and how much simpler and yet powerful interfaces and experiences on the web can be.
The basics for the concept:
A generative, agentic web broswer. Think of V0 MCP Agentic Browser AI dev tools = Personal web achieved.
Bringing forward a new way to build, interact with and even think about the web.
Seeing how for ever change are our concepts of what anyone can build, imagine, achieve are. How much more personal tools such as
@v0 make the web be.

For anyone reading this, a quick introduction about my journey so far. A bit more than a year ago I decided to create my own performance devtool,
perflab.io. I've forked
@ChromeDevTools and built on top of it a standalone application that create easy to read insights from traces. The timming was perfect, as the Chrome team would announce the future plans for the Performance panel in 2024.
After building it I've seen that I ended up building another dashboarding tool, now with more text. So I've started building
agent.perflab.io. Rethinking the concept with two goals in mind: remove friction and lower the barrier to entry. Basically building the smallest subset of initial UI for a devtool, removing any restrictions and yet keeping insights and information accessible.
Now with the experiences gathered I cannot help but think how web experiences are bound to change.
It's time to experiment, and shape a new web.
