Working with children is kind of a terrifying experience cuz it really puts into perspective how much we are a product of our upbringing and how much of children's upbringing is spent rolling eyes at problems that seem small to an adult but are understandably big deals to them
Ageism is only used to discuss the marginalization of the elderly but rarely addresses the mass marginalization of the youth.

Nano banana 2 Create an ultra-realistic using the reference image as the identity source. Preserve the exact facial features, bone structure, proportions, skin tone, and identity of the subject. Do not beautify, reshape, or alter the face in any way. Maintain natural likeness and authentic facial geometry. Subject & Core Identity An ultra-realistic, high-fidelity portrait of a 28-year-old woman with soft, defined facial structures, an elegant jawline, full natural lips, and expressive dark eyes. The subject possesses a distinct, unaltered facial identity that must be replicated with 100% accuracy, maintaining her natural features with zero modifications and absolutely no nose piercings. Pose & Composition Format: A 4-panel photo grid layout (2x2 matrix) showcasing a continuous sequence of candid poses in a photo-booth style. Top-Left Panel: Close-up, side profile angled slightly toward the camera. Her right arm is raised, hand resting casually behind her head, pulling her hair up slightly. The white linen shirt drops slightly off her right shoulder. Top-Right Panel: Side-profile view looking slightly off-camera to the left. A contemplative, elegant posture with a neutral gaze. Bottom-Left Panel: A direct, slightly tilted head-on shot looking straight into the lens with a soft, confident tilt. Bottom-Right Panel: Frontal shot, eyes closed, playfully puckering her lips in a kiss-face expression, with both hands raised, fingers running lightly through the sides of her hair. Framing: Medium close-ups focusing on the upper torso, shoulders, and head. Hairstyle & Makeup Hairstyle: Long, voluminous brunette hair with soft, effortless waves and natural, layered movement. The texture is textured and slightly tousled, with a relaxed, effortless middle part and occasional loose strands framing her face. Makeup: Minimalist, "no-makeup" makeup look. Subtle, natural brow definition, clean skin texture with a soft matte finish, light mascara enhancing the eyelashes, and a natural nude-toned lip color matching the subject’s authentic features perfectly. Wardrobe & Styling Attire: An oversized, relaxed-fit white linen button-down shirt. The fabric texture shows visible, realistic linen creases, weave patterns, and soft folds. The collar is loosely unbuttoned to create a casual, editorial look. Setting, Lighting & Atmosphere Setting: A minimalist, clean studio setting against a solid, neutral off-white/light gray studio wall backdrop. Lighting: Direct, high-contrast flash photography casting a soft, distinct shadow against the wall directly behind the subject, simulating an authentic polaroid or retro photo-booth flash. The lighting creates clean highlights on her skin, shoulders, and the fabric of the shirt. Color Grading: Monochromatic desaturated tone with a warm, muted sepia-vintage tint, reminiscent of a classic 90s fashion polaroid or silver-halide film aesthetic. Camera Details & Texture Boosters Camera Hardware: Shot on a high-end mirrorless camera, Sony A7R V or Canon EOS R5, paired with an 85mm f/1.4 lens for a perfect portrait perspective with zero distortion. Image Quality: Ultra-HD, 32K resolution, capturing hyper-detailed skin texture, individual hair strands, micro-folds in the linen fabric, and a subtle, authentic fine-grain film texture. Super-sharp focus on the facial features, preserving every authentic detail with lifelike cinematic realism. Negative Prompt low quality, blurry, flat lighting, dull colors, bad anatomy, extra limbs, distorted face, stiff pose, cartoon, anime, CGI, plastic skin, cheap costume, repetitive outfit, watermark, logo, text

Iam in absolute concurrence with Hon. Katuntu perspective, indeed discussions about internship every year is unnecessary and stupid. Director for planning and PS of @MinofHealthUG should up their game. @MinofHealthUG should drop all the unnecessary workshops and conferences this year and find money to pay allowances for all interns. Interns need money for Accommodation, transport, food , health insurance and have new scrubs and clean clinical coats , have shoes polished and smell good. Its difficult to supervise Hungry and Angry Interns. @TheUMAofficial @Parliament_Ug @GovUganda @Makerere_Medics @AnesthesiaUg @Augo1985 @DianaAtwine @MulagoReferral @CanaryMugume @RubabindaJr @m_kabweru43739 @ASOU_OFFICIAL
We are talking about less than 40B shillings, not a trillion this conversation is completely unnecessary. Our budget is full of wasteful "wants" we can cut to fund this "need." Interns aren't just training; they run the wards because consultants are completely overwhelmed.

This guy was only sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for throwing a rock & hitting an ICE agent. For perspective, I was facing around 24 years in prison for peacefully walking through the capitol on Jan 6th. Grandmas who prayed outside the capitol on J6 were facing decades.
Robert Jacob Hoopes has been sentenced to 30 months in Federal prison for hitting an ICE officer with a rock in Portland last year. Should've received more time but it's a start.

There is nothing worse than people who only see things from their point of view and refuse to try to understand anything from someone else's perspective.

I mean, I’m all for putting things into perspective, but when it comes to global warming, zooming out a couple thousand years is not exactly reassuring.

A coworker of mine spent two years building a department from scratch. Hired the team, created the processes, built the relationships, delivered the results. When it came time to name a department head they brought in someone external. When my coworker asked why she wasn’t considered she was told the role needed “fresh perspective.” She trained the new hire for 3 months then left. The department fell apart within a year.

Every Nigerian should take the time to read this article by Mike Arnold. In his detailed exposition, he presents his perspective on what he believes to be a long-term plan by Fulani Islamic interests to expand their influence across the territory known today as Nigeria. Whether one agrees with his conclusions or not, the article raises important questions and arguments that deserve careful consideration and open discussion. According to Arnold, many of the challenges facing the Igbo people and other ethnic groups in Nigeria are deeply connected to historical and political developments that are often overlooked or misunderstood. He argues that a proper understanding of these issues is essential for anyone seeking to understand the current realities and tensions within the country. For those who wish to gain deeper insight into his analysis and the concerns he raises, the article provides a comprehensive explanation of his views and supporting arguments. Reading it may help Nigerians better understand different perspectives on the political, cultural, and religious dynamics shaping the nation today. You can read the article here: mikearnold.org/the-caliphate… Special thanks to Mr. Mike Arnold for sharing this extensive exposition and contributing to the ongoing conversation about Nigeria’s future and the challenges facing its diverse peoples. @nsimacoaching @jcokechukwu @DonAzag @SaharaReporters @sowore @Verydakman_ @Verydarcman_PR @thatverydarkman @queeneaglebird @_EnglishAlhaji @MikeArnoldTruth @Ojukwu_Bianca
Want to understand the reasons for tribal division in Nigeria? Study Muhammad’s Medina strategy. Hint: your diversity is being used against you. The Sokoto Caliphate has been running Muhammad's 1,400-year-old Medina playbook on Nigeria for 66 years. Bind the rivals with a treaty called "unity." Split the target. Recruit the survivors to help. Pick them off one at a time. The Igbo went first. The Yoruba were absorbed. The Middle Belt is bleeding. The Delta was looted. And now they've come back to finish the Igbo. If you're still calculating that staying quiet and divided will save you, read this before you make the same mistake every other Nigerian people has made since 1960. LeBron > Kobe in literally every single frame of perspective you can push. But like, you’d pick LeBron to start a team, but Kobe if you wanted to win? How does that even make sense.
Okay yeah the Kobe fan in me says to "start" a franchise I'm picking LeBron. However, if I'm building a team to win. I'm taking Kobe.
