BJP’s Predator Pipeline: Why India’s Ruling Party Keeps Shielding Sex Offenders While the Nation Garlands Them
Another day, another horror from the BJP fold.
In Goa, the 20-year-old son of a BJP municipal councillor has been arrested for sexually abusing 25-30 minor girls — filming explicit videos, circulating them, and blackmailing the victims under the POCSO Act. The image of the accused being escorted by police, face covered, is now viral.
Yet this isn’t an “isolated incident.” It’s part of a sickening pattern.
Why does the BJP keep attracting and protecting such offenders?
Look at the numbers: According to the latest ADR analysis of sitting MPs and MLAs, the BJP has the highest number of lawmakers facing cases of crimes against women — 54 in total, including multiple rape charges. It’s not a “few bad apples.” It’s a recurring feature. From wrestling federation scandals to Unnao, Kathua, and now this Goa nightmare, the party’s ecosystem seems to offer impunity, political patronage, and a ready-made defence machinery that blames “conspiracy” instead of confronting the crime.
And the top brass? Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri remains firmly in the government despite damning email trails showing his cosy interactions with Jeffrey Epstein — including pushing for visa favours for Epstein’s assistant. Meanwhile, fresh Epstein files have dragged Prime Minister Modi’s name into the mix through back-channel communications involving close associates and diplomatic favours. The government calls it “baseless,” but the stench of entitlement lingers.
Here’s the real mystery: Why don’t Indians find this wired?
Instead of outrage and accountability, we see garlands, red-carpet welcomes, and victory processions for the accused. Supporters chant “Modi hai to mumkin hai” while looking the other way when their own leaders stand accused.
Polarisation has poisoned us — party loyalty now trumps basic human decency. Criminals enter politics because they know once they wear the saffron (or any party colour), the system bends for them. Voters reward power, not morality.
What’s with India?
We lecture the world on culture and values, yet allow sexual predators to hold office, contest elections, and roam free.
The same voters who rage over “Bharat Mata” stay silent when daughters are abused by those waving the same flag.
This isn’t just a BJP problem — it’s India’s collective moral failure. But when the ruling party leads in numbers and protection, the buck stops at the top.
Time to stop garlanding monsters and start demanding resignations, fast-track trials, and zero tolerance.
Or are we too “vishwaguru” to fix our own rot?
It’s not a fictional film like Dhurandar that must awaken India, it’s crimes like these, our own desi Epstein Files and parties like BJP that must awaken India from this dangerous slumber.
