Yes I get where you're coming from, I'm just saying some decisions matter more than others, given Brave is well-regarded in the privsec space so there are expectations e.g. I'm unhappy with Brave's MV2 support but happy with their flag to nuke the shit out of it

I agree that it's a privsec downgrade, especially since Brave has a built-in adblocker (adblock-rs), so this removes the main need for an extension On Android, a custom Brave flag would be cool to disable the attack surface for those who don't want it, so everyone can be happy

Claude's the winner. There's a caveat, but it's pretty interesting. It seems it kept traversing permissions until it hit a cycle of it going back to square one. it full mapped out all of the permissions. Codex did this same but not to this extent. Thats why there's "more" privsec opportunities. It identified role chaining, where none of the others were able to.
