أكبر كذبة استراتيجية: “لدينا خطة ممتازة !!!” على مدى سنوات من العمل في #الاستراتيجيات_الوطنية، وإدارة #المحافظ و #البرامج و #المشاريع، لاحظت أن كثيراً من الجهات تمتلك خططاً استراتيجية متقنة، ودراسات شاملة، وتحليلات دقيقة للوضع الراهن. ومع ذلك، لا تحقق النتائج المأمولة. لماذا؟ لأن المشكلة غالباً لا تكمن في جودة الاستراتيجية، بل في القدرة على تنفيذها وتحويلها إلى #قيمة حقيقية ومستدامة. تشير العديد من #الدراسات_العالمية إلى أن نسبة كبيرة من #الاستراتيجيات و #برامج_التحول لا تحقق أهدافها أو منافعها المتوقعة، ليس بسبب ضعف #التخطيط، وإنما بسبب #تحديات التنفيذ، وضعف #الربط بين الاستراتيجية والمبادرات، وغياب #المساءلة الواضحة، وعدم #قياس #المنافع بصورة منهجية. ومن واقع التجربة، فإن السؤال الأهم بعد الانتهاء من أي تحليل للوضع الراهن ليس: ما هي #الفجوات؟ بل: كيف سنغلق هذه الفجوات؟ ومن المسؤول عن ذلك؟ ومتى؟ وبأي موارد؟ وكيف سنقيس النجاح؟ فالمنظمات الناجحة لا تكتفي بإعداد الاستراتيجيات، بل تبني منظومة متكاملة تضمن: ✔️ ترجمة الاستراتيجية إلى #مبادرات ومشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ. ✔️ وضوح #الأدوار و #المسؤوليات و #الملكية. ✔️ تخصيص #الموارد و #الميزانيات وفق #الأولويات. ✔️ قياس #الأداء وتحقيق #المنافع بصورة مستمرة. ✔️ #حوكمة فعالة تضمن #اتخاذ_القرار في الوقت المناسب. لهذا أؤمن دائماً بأن: الاستراتيجية تبدأ بالتشخيص ..… لكن النجاح الحقيقي يبدأ بالتنفيذ. ما رأيكم؟ هل تعتقدون أن أكبر أسباب #تعثر الاستراتيجيات اليوم هو ضعف #التخطيط أم ضعف #التنفيذ؟ #الاستراتيجية #التنفيذ_الاستراتيجي #إدارة_المحافظ #إدارة_البرامج #إدارة_المشاريع #تحقيق_المنافع #الحوكمة #التحول_المؤسسي #رؤية_السعودية_2030 #Leadership #StrategyExecution #PortfolioManagement #ProgramManagement #ProjectManagement

Jira's Average Age report and time-in-status views are useful because they show how long work has been stuck, not just whether it is red or green. That matters when the board looks clean but the ticket has been sitting there for days. Atlassian's Average Age report explains the idea plainly: support.atlassian.com/jira/k… A stale fix is a bigger risk than a noisy board. If the dashboard only shows status, people start optimizing for movement. Once you add age, you can see whether the team is actually clearing work or just changing labels. TPMs should watch age first and status second. The H.A.G. Wheel™: Five Domains of Holistic AI Governance The H.A.G. Wheel represents AI governance as five interlocking domains, each essential, each dependent on the others. No organization can achieve effective governance by mastering only some of these domains. The wheel only turns when all five are engaged. Domain 1: Process Process governance applies Six Sigma discipline to the AI lifecycle — from data acquisition through model development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement. It asks: 1) What are the defined processes for each stage of the AI lifecycle? 2) How do we measure AI process quality? 3) Where are the defects and how do we eliminate them? 4) What does continuous improvement look like in an AI context? It asks: 1) How does AI governance create competitive advantage, not just reduce risk? 2) How do we make risk-adjusted decisions about AI investment? 3) How do we govern the AI portfolio — prioritizing, accelerating, pausing, and retiring AI initiatives — with strategic intelligence? 4) How does AI governance align with the broader business strategy? Domain 4: Execution Execution governance applies project management and program management discipline to AI governance delivery. It asks: 1) How do we govern the governance program itself? 2) Who owns what? What does the delivery roadmap look like? 3) How do we manage the dependencies between AI governance and the rest of the organization & Change agenda? Domain 5: Intelligence Intelligence governance applies workforce analytics and data management principles to the measurement and insight function of AI governance. It asks: 1) What data do we need to know whether AI is performing as intended? 2) How do we measure governance effectiveness? 3) How do we turn governance data into organizational learning? 4) What does an AI governance dashboard look like for board-level oversight?
