Over the past 18 years, the ATF, under direction of the DOJ and the WH, has spawn several "Projects" to thwart the illegal gun sales and transport of firearms from the U.S. to Mexico. from before the infamous "Fast and Furious" failed scandal that got a US Border Patrol Agent Shot and Killed to as recent as Project THOR, for the most part have failed.
