Early access to Wing 12 has started. It focuses on AI agentic development, initially with Claude Code, to (1) make it easier to manage multiple AI agents, & (2) make AI agents more efficient by providing them access to IDE functionality. See wingware.com/wingide/early

Vim. On Windows is a bit weird but on macOS and Linux, is simple, elegant, and it gets the job done.

The debugger is interactive as it's a REPL of whatever code is currently available in the stack. PyCharm doesn't do that as far as I can tell. The Source Assistant is not intrusive and very helpful in helping you figure out unfamiliar code. I need to do a couple videos on it
