From memory during riio2/ed2 submissions some of the networks were costing out options for this
Alternatively (and cheaper, I'd suspect) monitor smart meter usage and then make calculations from there. Monitor the most granular level presumably gets better results anyway

FFS. This has more improbable plot twists than an episode of Emmerdale. Looks like a major review of DUoS after implementation of RIIO2 in April 2023 too and back to basics on TNUoS.

Charging Futures Forum - Ofgem has now ruled extending TNUoS to embedded generators out of the Network Access and Forwards Looking Charges SCR - a separate review looking at the future of TNUoS in the round will be launched
