Practice Radical Generosity.
The world teaches you to accumulate, to guard, to build bigger barns.
But the Kingdom operates on a different economy: you cannot out-give God.
A man who hoards his resources, his time, his money, his attention, his encouragement, will find that what he keeps he loses.
But the man who gives freely, who opens his hand before he is asked, who looks for opportunities to bless others, discovers a paradox: generosity expands his capacity to receive.
2 Corinthians 9:6-7 (ESV)
"The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
Proverbs 11:24-25 (ESV)
"One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered."
God does not need your money. He wants your heart. And the condition of your heart is revealed by your generosity.
A cheerful giver not one who gives out of guilt or pressure, but out of joy reflects the character of a God who gave His only Son.
You are not rich enough to give nothing. And you are not poor enough to give nothing. Everyone has something to give.
The measure of your life is not what you accumulate, but what you give away. Practice radical generosity.
