D and the exceptional leadership team at Texans Can Academies for a dynamic Think Tank experience centered on visioning possibilities and strengthening student outcomes through AVID. What stood out most was the team’s deep commitment to innovation, access, and purposeful action. Our time together was filled with meaningful dialogue, strategic reflection, and forward-thinking conversations focused on how we continue to expand opportunities and accelerate impact for every student we serve. Moments like these reinforce the power of relational leadership and collective efficacy. When leaders come together with clarity of purpose and a shared belief in students’ potential, transformational progress is not only possible, it is inevitable. I am grateful for the partnership, the vision, and the continued momentum as we move learning forward together. AVID…What better way to spend #AVIDDay than with educators from across 13 different school districts coming together under one roof. The intentional collaboration was unmatched. Thank you to Region 10 ESC, with special appreciation to Jennifer Gunn and her team for hosting us, and to Region 10 and Region 11 ESC for their incredible partnership, including Stephanie Tennyson and her team. Rose Gardner our Partner Engagement Manager, was instrumental in organizing this event in collaboration with Region 10, and we are deeply grateful for her leadership. I am also proud of our Implementation Strategists who facilitated today’s training with excellence, living out our #CoreValues. LaKetra, Richard, Sherri, Tiffany, and Valerie, showed up fully and made an impact. I am truly blessed to be part of such a dynamic team that pours into educators with purpose and passion. To our 13 participating districts, thank you for trusting us and for believing in the power of AVID: Leadership Prep School, Texas Can Academies, Grand Prairie ISD, Mesquite ISD, Dallas ISD, Frisco ISD, Richardson ISD, Radiant STEM Academy, Irving ISD, Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, Prosper ISD, Princeton ISD, and Lancaster ISD.
