The femoral tunnel is too anterior and distal. A graft tightened in this position (with good tibial tunnel) will result in 1 of 2 outcomes- 1) functional graft failure as construct stretches with slow motion gains, 2) stiff knee. Needs 1st stage LOA and 2nd stage revACLR

#ACL reconstructed patient, 3 month post op, referred to me for stiffness. ROM 30-70 deg, has tried non op, X rays look deceptively normal, below are the 3DCT images. What does #medtwitter opine on the next course of action? @hjluks @DrMartinLeland @Orthofacts
