Dear Senator Graham @LindseyGrahamSC,
As a #Kurd, I am deeply concerned that the world still frames our situation as a “conflict,” while in reality it is an ongoing process of ethnic erasure.
The Kurds were essential in the fight against ISIS , yet we continue to pay the price of regional politics and international silence.
We are no longer waiting for statements — we are waiting for immediate and concrete action. What we are facing is ethnic cleansing and the systematic destruction of our identity.
Any effective legislation must go beyond temporary sanctions and address the root cause: the systematic denial of Kurdish rights and self-determination.
The Kurdish people deserve to decide their own future. What is happening to the Kurds today is a shame on the conscience of humanity.
