New Sweepstakes Mechanism We have built this from the ground up. Sweepstakes tech is really good, but it lacks the marketing and economic hook. We figured that we could use standard and accepted mint processes, but tied them to the Sweepstakes Mechanism. That means that the new season will be focused on minting art from your favorite projects in form of Editions. Each Edition mint will send funds to underlaying Sweepstake of that project, and you will get a ticket for it. The whole idea is to focus on art and community where; - Supporters get art option to win NFT - NFT Projects can activate their community and get new participants for a cheaper entry point - Strategy NFTs are being bought, which drives the token burn All items minted can than be used for future unlocks by burn/redeem etc.. making the system that much better. Future Ideas Season 1 is to explore the system with our partners from the beginning, but after that, the plan is to create a special season where many artworks will be connected in one goal - to finally buy and raffle a Punk from Strategy! This whole system can be applied to Artists and their collections listed on @opensea We do think that minting OpenEdition can be fun again if we give each image on-chain value, at this moment, not in 3-4 months. New era for $sweepstr @nftsweepsfun We are building a hub for Strategy projects (and some others) to create one-of-a-kind gamified campaigns The goal is simple: Every ticket should have a value, every participation counts. Over the weekend we will stop all current sweepstakes and pause the protocol until we launch new features we have been working with current and new partners. Everyone who paid for a ticket in current open sweepstakes will get refunds in $sweepstr pro-rata. After that, we'll display the protocol model going forward. I hope with new changes we'll unlock the missing part of the protocol. $sweepstr will be a centar token in the protocol, and Tiers will now have real benefit for users, so the alpha is to get in while we are cheap.
