It is only obvious for us Tesla-Nerds, that want to learn every little detail about it.
For an average investor, who invested because someone told them, it is a really fearsome time right now IMO.
Its much easier to be calm right now, when your conviction is high.
But it is only getting high, when you do the work and learn everything!
`- How does an AI learn?
- What exactly is the benefit of having customers paying you to test and train your system?
- Why are people right now buying Hybrids over EVs?
- How does the salesmodel of Tesla (Direct to consumer) differ to the Dealer-Model of legacy car companies?
- Why is media negative on Tesla while praising legacy?
- Which companies are seeing Tesla/SpaceX/X/Xai... as an existential thread to their business model?
And are they fighting against it?
And these are only a very few questions you need to know the answer off, when you dont want to get crazy from all the FUD news that is also on a high point right now.
Longterm Investors and people like me, who follow Tesla since its inception, have lived through a time like this 6 years ago, when the Model 3 Automation Strategy has nearly bankrupted the company.
Like today, there where many external entities, who tried to kill the company in this dire space in time.
I started investing right at this moment and for now it worked out fine.
Today we have another situation.
IMO bancrupcy is not really a fear of mine.
Their cashflow is relatively good, they have cash on hand, if they need it and the AI-Software I invested for, is nearly ready to be deployed!
So I invest again in this hard time.
Lets see if it will work out like the last time.
If so, I have achieved financial freedom because of that.
And like many dont unterstand, it was hard work to understand the fundamentals and dont get pushed out because of emotions, others try to infuse in me!
BTW: I really hope, Tesla will produce the cheaper model for regions like Europe, where FSD seems to need some more time for now.
But I am relatively sure, that they will be the first to market with a generalized Autonomous car in North-America and this market is a "Winner takes most" IMO because it will make it unbeliavable hard for other companies to enter it, where Tesla already is in.
