Currently on Aktar Islam, which is fitting. We ate with some friends recently and they had one of his Aktar at Home boxes. Sue loved the butter chicken, so I said I’d try to figure out how to make a good one. Tonight’s my first stab. I’ll be making chapattis to go with it.

That’s why I quite like classes and stuff because it makes us try different things. I still love dough though, and can’t understand why anyone would use a mixer when it robs you of the therapy that is kneading

I mean, I still ruined a chocolate brownie the other nignt with stereotypical Ellen gusto, but it doesn’t put me off trying again. And cooking is just so bloody good for the soul right

@Paulfosterchef made your #saltmasterclass chocolate tart yesterday. Not up to your standards, of course - a little rough around the edges, but utterly delicious. One of the best chocolate tarts I’ve ever had.
