Build those connections and look beyond your own classroom, subject, setting. Again, it might be advice for ECTs but all practitioners could benefit from this. We can learn so much from watching, talking and connecting to others @saturdayedchat #SaturdayEdChat

Interesting feedback on observations. Important to create the right conditions for any ECT.
The ‘RI’ term is troublesome, so change it! It doesn’t have to feel like a pass or fail exercise.
