The difference with Brooks and Bryson (and Rahm) compared to everyone else is they still had their cards thanks to their major wins. I think it'll he harder for those others to get their cards back.

If @PGATOUR had morals, it'd enforce at least a 1 year ban and then all players have to build up world rankings from scratch, through qualifying structures.
