Good list. $BCH commodity status is official (CFTC approved BCH futures in March 2024 and November 2025). This isn't new, but it's still underappreciated. Here's what most people miss about why that matters >>> Commodity classification removes the securities law bottleneck. No KYC gatekeepers. No "accredited investor" restrictions. No FinCEN reporting on every transaction. Bitcoin Cash kept the programmability door open when BTC locked itself into "store of value only." CashTokens launched May 2023: native L1 tokens, covenants, introspection opcodes. No bridges. No L2 fragmentation. Just UTXO programmability that scales. What that looks like in practice: DEXs running entirely on-chain (Cauldron), payment streaming (FlowGuard), token airdrops (CashDropKit), token-gated communities (BCHUBkey), on-chain voting (SecureVote)—all L1, all instant settlement, all under $0.01 fees. Most L1s are either: (a) Legally uncertain (SEC breathing down their neck) (b) Technically limited (BTC can't do smart contracts) (c) Fragmented across L2s (ETH complexity tax) $BCH has commodity clarity, UTXO programmability, and L1 simplicity. Commodity status isn't just a regulatory checkbox. It's the foundation for building permissionless infrastructure. $BCH has it. Most don't.
🚨NEW: 🇺🇸SEC & CFTC clarify these 16 coins are not securities and are digital commodities: 1. Bitcoin $BTC 2. Bitcoin Cash $BCH 3. Ether $ETH 4. Cardano $ADA 5. Solana $SOL 6. Avalanche $AVAX 7. Polkadot $DOT 8. XRP $XRP 9. Litecoin $LTC 10. Chainlink $LINK 11. Dogecoin $DOGE 12. Shiba Inu $SHIB 13. Hedera $HBAR 14. Stellar $XLM 15. Tezos $XTZ 16. Aptos $APT

27) SecureVote SecureVote is building a transparent governance layer for BCH-based DAOs, using Bitcoin Cash as the settlement and verification backbone for on-chain voting. The project focuses on making governance auditable and verifiable by anchoring voting logic directly to BCH’s UTXO model, with low transaction fees enabling participation at scale and fast confirmations supporting timely decision-making. CashTokens are used to represent voting power and governance primitives, allowing flexible models for proposals, quorum, and delegation.

🚀 BCH-1 Phase 1 Update: We now have 125 registered hackers. There are 22 projects that have had their project vision and MVP challenge approved, ready for the phase 2 sprint. Their names are (I'll let you guess what they propose to do 😀): AuraTrades, Dance Cash, MavenPride, TicketScan, BCH Pay, BCH Ghost, Cashinals, Confidential Assets, BCHUBKey, CashDropKit, AxisPay, Soma, SecureVote, Farmer's Dream, RoastMyBag, NexOps, Fun(d) Tokens, CashLabs, Fortress Vault, FlowGuard, USSD Cash, PaySats, CoinGraze, Movia, OPTN Labs, CoinDrop, BCH Trend Navigator The work continues to bootstrap even more $BCH project tadpoles. This week the focus will be on app logic, product messaging and CashScript implementation challenges. We have put everyone into the 4 different groups from A to D, depending on where their idea is, and how much help they need to be onboarded onto the $BCH ecosystem Every week, each group is assigned its focus for the week on our TG group chat. All builders should get engaged with our TG channel for maximum interaction with our lovely community at Bitcoin Cash: (in reply)

They’re trying to control our free and fair elections by how we vote. No more mail-in ballots, early voting, or even absentee voting. They’d even take away your military member’s absentee ballot away. They’re name is America Project. Look them up. #DemsUnited #SecureVote

#Zgjedhje2025 #VotoSigurt #PEVN #KQZShqiperi 🌐🗳We conducted the operational test of the electronic voting and counting devices for the May 11, 2025 elections! 📌As part of the pilot project to be implemented in Administrative Unit no. 10, Tirana and Vora Municipality, KQZ Albania carried out the operational testing of the Electronic Voting and Counting Devices (PEVN). In accordance with Article 22, point 6 of the Electoral Code, 3% of the devices were randomly selected to simulate the opening, voting, closing, and result transmission processes, verifying the compliance of the devices with the criteria set by KQZ. 🎯 We guarantee voters that these devices fully safeguard the secrecy of the vote. There is absolutely no way for anyone — not the device manufacturer, not KQZ, nor any third party — to identify or uncover the voters' choices. 🗳 The Electronic Voting and Counting Device ensures: ✅ Simple and secure voting ✅ 100% vote secrecy ✅ Voter verification of the printed ballot before it is deposited into the ballot box ✅ High security standards in the software and a user-friendly voting interface 📍 To help citizens familiarize themselves with these devices, Information Centers have been set up in the areas where electronic voting and counting will be implemented. Citizens can visit, test the devices, and simulate the voting process. 🗳 In the May 11, 2025 elections, the devices will be used in: ✔️ 44 voting centers in Vora Municipality ✔️ 31 voting centers in Administrative Unit no. 10, Tirana The testing process was conducted in the presence of international observers, civil society representatives, and media outlets, ensuring a transparent and open process. #Elections2025 #SecureVote #PEVN #KQZAlbania

Attention Election Integrity Advocates! If we truly want #ElectionSecurity that's as tight as Fort Knox, here's the blueprint: NO ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES I've been in the tech game for nearly 50 years. Computers are hackable. Period. #NoMachine #HandCounted VOTER ID MANDATORY** Let's ensure every vote counts, and only eligible voters cast them. #VoterID #SecureVote PAPER BALLOTS ONLY Paper doesn't glitch or get hacked. Hand them in person, with exceptions only for the truly exceptional. #PaperBallot #ElectionDay COUNT ON ELECTION DAY Results by midnight? Absolutely. Transparency from start to finish. #CountTheVote #Transparency Think I'm off the mark? Let's debate. I'm all ears! 🤓💬 #ElectionIntegrity #FairElections #VotingRights @ElectionIntegrityNow @VoteSecurely

🚨 Restoring Election Integrity: Here's the Simple, No-Nonsense Plan! Folks, it's high time we cut through the noise and get back to basics to restore trust in our elections. Here's how we do it: 1. Voting on Election Day - Make it a National Holiday! Why? It ensures everyone has the opportunity to vote without the excuses of work or scheduling conflicts. This isn't about convenience; it's about commitment to democracy. When we dedicate a day, we elevate the importance of voting. 2. Paper Ballots - The Gold Standard of Voting Why? Paper can't be hacked. There's a tangible record, reducing the risk of digital manipulation. Remember the hanging chads of 2000? Despite the drama, we could recount those ballots by hand. Digital "glitches" don't offer that luxury. 3. Government-Issued ID - Verify to Trust Why? If you need an ID to buy a beer, you sure as hell should need one to shape the future of our nation. This isn't voter suppression; it's voter verification. This plan isn't just common sense; it's the bedrock of a secure, transparent election process. Here's why this matters: Security: Digital voting systems? Vulnerable. Paper? Proven. Cybersecurity experts on X have repeatedly warned about election system vulnerabilities. Let's listen. Transparency: With paper ballots, recounts are straightforward, not a digital mystery. Equality: A national holiday for voting levels the playing field, ensuring everyone, from the CEO to the cashier, has the same opportunity to vote. Trust: Trust in elections plummeted after 2020, not just because of unfounded claims, but due to real concerns over process integrity. A return to simplicity can rebuild that trust. Kamala Harris and her ilk might call this "voter suppression." But let's call it what it really is: voter integrity. They fear these measures because they know secure elections mean less room for manipulation. 🔍 Think About This: If our elections were truly secure, would we see such resistance to these basic security measures? The pushback itself is telling. 📌 Before you go, check out the pinned post on my profile for more on how we can ensure every legal vote counts and every illegal vote doesn't. #ElectionIntegrity #SecureVote #MAGA 🇺🇸✅

We learned that the paper used by most Vote Centers/precincts to print on demand ballots was not securevote paper. Logan showed a real ballot example of the bleed through that occurred.

So we learned at the hearing that mail in ballots were printed on securevote specialty paper which can handle sharpies and prevent bleed through, although the directions with EACH mail in ballot specified DO NOT use Sharpies.

Hilarious.😂 This is why AZ mail-in ballots (the ones printed by Runbeck on SecureVote paper) instructions specifically say in bold print NO SHARPIES. Lies, lies and more lies. Arizona elections officials explain why Sharpie complaints are pointless ktar.com/story/3677599/arizo…

The onsite printers at voting/polling centers could have been of lesser quality, so the 'on demand' ballots that are printed on that paper would react differently than the securevote paper.

This specifically was about paper used that was not SecureVote paper as MC said they use. Thinner papers as his slide showed, show bleed through from the other side, as ballots are 2 sided.

I think one of the biggest lessons out of this is not to name your voting software company Dominion. Dominion sounds like the second movie in a fantasy trilogy. Less villainous names: - Safevote - Securevote - Voteguard - etc

So Seriously. Think about it. You're creating a voting machine product. You want a good name for the market. AccuVote? SafeVote? SecureVote? AmeriVote? No. You choose DOMINION Seriously? That reeks of arrogance. Right out in the open arrogance.

Did you know that the @DeptofDefense @DC3VDP has played a role in the 2020 #ElectionDay security? We worked with @FVAP earlier this year and discovered 7 critical vulnerabilities such as cleartext password storage, serialized user IDs, and account takeovers via IDOR. #SecureVote
