Indie Development I did pre-work research before building a SaaS (market, competitors, and an initial hypothesis of the value proposition). 3. Insights Writing “working code” is not enough. I need to get more comfortable with design so the code stays readable and easy to change. For indie development, choosing a domain I can genuinely stay interested in matters more than I expected. It directly affects consistency. 4. Key Takeaways from a Book: “10x Is Easier Than 2x” by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy 10x growth is a qualitative shift, not just doing more. Aiming for 10x can be easier than aiming for 2x because an ambitious goal automatically removes trivial options and forces you to focus on what truly matters. Just to see what is really the level of adoption. The result are nicely formatted at that URL (was fun creating a web page with just HTML and CSS again. No JavaScript!).
